Flu Vaccine Information September 2021

We hope to commence our flu vaccine clinics week beginning 4 th October 2021.

The flu vaccine this year is available without charge for those of the patient population

aged 65 plus

aged 6/23 months and 18/64 with chronic conditions

children aged 2/17.

Carers

We will commence by contacting our 80 year old + patient population. We will then move in age

order descending to 65 years old. For anyone in age category 65 /80 plus, You will receive a text

when it is your turn to be called. On receipt of text please call the surgery to make your

appointment.

For 18/64 year old with chronic conditions, healthcare workers or carers, please contact the surgery

to be put on our list. We will be in contact to arrange as soon as possible.
